Preschool to Classroom, KinderAcademy For Young Scholars has founded two scholarship award programs so residents of Brown's Town and its surrounding communities can send their child to a preschool before entering kindergarten.

We understand that the expense of preschool may be a strain on a family's budget or that some families cannot afford to send their children to preschool; therefore, we are committed to helping one eligible family per year realize that dream for their child and achieve this through our scholarship. KinderAcademy For Young Scholars is dedicated to offer one scholarship per year based on income eligibility or need.

The scholarship is intended to ensure that the child has a structured preschool experience prior to entering kindergarten. Research supports the importance of this learning experience for future success in kindergarten as well as later grades. A structured preschool experience can prove to be an advantage for children as they enter kindergarten.

*Please note this scholarship takes the child through to Kindergarten

Scholarship Application Process

*There will be an interview and home inspection visit to determine if you are eligible.

*Scholarship applications are processed confidentially by the Chairman, Director and Principal in the order in which they are received, with priority given to families in Brown's Town and its closest surrounding communities.

*The approved applicant will receive a scholarship agreement outlining their expectations, at which time they must accept or reject the scholarship. 

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Unfortunately, the assistance scholarship we can offer is only limited to only 2 families and is offered to qualified families on a first come, first served basis.
