Tuition and Fees 

Our programs are designed for working parents and or parents who spend a part of their time working, studying or training. We charge a monthly or per term for all children. 

Registration

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $5000.

Payment Schedule

Term fees are due before the start of every term.  Daycare fees a are monthly or termly.  Monthly fees are due on or before the 1st of every month.

Payment of Fees

Fees may be paid at any branch of Jamaica National Bank (JN) or Electronic Bank Transfers. Deposit slips/receipts paid at the bank as must be submitted by What's App to 876-837-0106, or by email to admin@mykinderscholars.com or the school Office. Evidence of all electronic and transfers must be submitted to the office or emailed to admin@mykinderscholars.com.

Cash is accepted for uniforms.

Fees are due at the beginning of each term in accordance with the schedule below.

• For the Christmas Term, deposit slips/receipt stamped by the bank as paid must be submitted on or before August 21, 2023.

• For the Easter Term, deposit slips/receipts stamped by the bank as paid must be submitted on or before, December 22, 2023.

• For the Summer Term (2024), deposit slips/receipts stamped by the bank as paid must be submitted on or before March 25, 2024.

Students may be refused admission if fees are not paid within the prescribed time. Reports and Recommendations will be withheld until fees are paid. In addition, the Administration shall authorize the withholding of Reports, Transcripts etc. for non-payment of fees in lieu of notice.

Late Pick up Fee

You are responsible for ensuring that your child is picked up by the time indicated on your agreement. After 2:15pm & 6:15, you will be charged $500 per first 15 minutes then $250 per additional 15 minutes until your child is picked up.

Siblings: Siblings get a 10% discount

Re-enrollment: All re-enrollments cannot be processed if there are unpaid fees from a previous enrollment. Unpaid fees must be satisfied prior to re-enrollment. 

Record of Payment: A statement of your account is available upon request for a $500 fee. Receipts are issued by the bank upon payment and via email from Procare App.

Vacations & Holidays

We do not pro-rate our fees for vacations and holidays.
